Helping you find meaning and purpose in the everydayness of your life

Coaching can be an incredible journey of healing, self-discovery, making meaning of your life experiences, finding your voice and creating the life you desire.

I work collaboratively and believe that you are the expert on your life. My work is intersectional, decolonial and trauma-aware; informed by racial, cultural and societal factors that impact our understanding and knowing of our selves in daily life. I provide a non-judgmental presence as we explore ways to create self-care oriented practices to help you make more meaningful choices for your life. Empowerment for me is about giving people the ability to generate their own power in all facets of their lives.

Individual Coaching

James Baldwin says, “Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed unless it is faced.”

Life can be difficult, challenging and overwhelming, seeking help and taking action takes courage and vulnerability, and a willingness to face ourselves. I am here to co-create a collaborative space that supports you as you navigate making choices and changes that bring you closer to your most authentic self and helps you deepen your connection with others.

I support people to uncover patterns that keep them stuck, develop self-care plans, build healthy boundaries, become better communicators, create meaningful rituals and routines, develop actionable plans tailored to their specific goals, needs and values. Whether your goal is to make simpler lifestyle changes, become more confident in speaking at your multicultural workplace, figuring out how to transition careers or seeking support as you navigate a difficult time in your life, I am here to support you with meaningful tools to help you cope and thrive.

Organisational Coaching

We help you build a healthier workplace that ensures individuals thrive and feel connected to their sense of purpose.

Mental health is increasingly impacting organisations as employees are experiencing burnout, fatigue and feeling unmotivated at increased rates than before. We know that a big cause of this is people not being able to bring their full selves to work. The onus is now on organisations to be intentional about creating a wellness centric organizational culture. We support organisations as they take on this transformation by developing tailored wellness plans to support employees to feel more vitality, connected to their own sense of purpose in their day-to-day work. We support organisations as they create wellness strategies, develop personal and professional plans for their employees and implement innovative programming such as self-care Mondays.

freedom is a constant struggle

anyone who is interested in making change in the world also has to learn to take care of herself, himself, theirself
- angela davis -

when we speak we are afraid our words will not be heard or welcomed. but when we are silent we are still afraid. so it is better to speak.
- audre lorde -

to be truly visionary we have to root our imagination in our concrete reality while simultaneously imagining possibilities beyond that reality.

- bell hooks -

there is always an interplay between the history of a people i.e. the past, and their faith in themselves and hopes for their future. we are aware of the terrible role played by our education and religion in creating amongst us a false understanding of ourselves. we must therefore work out schemes not only to correct this, but further to be our own authorities rather than wait to be interpreted by others. as people existing in a continuous struggle for truth, we have to examine and question old concepts, values and systems.
